The Work of the Wise Woman Begins Within
.
Perhaps you recognize this longing.
.
You long for more peace, while the world seems to move faster every day. You notice how easily your nervous system becomes overwhelmed. You long for stillness, for simplicity, for a place where you can truly breathe again.
.
Perhaps you have even wondered why you feel so tired.
.
Over the years, I have discovered that many women believe something is wrong with them, when often nothing is wrong at all. We live in a time that asks so much of us. Our minds rarely stop, our hearts long for a gentler pace, and our bodies lovingly remind us that they were created for a different rhythm.
.
That is why I believe the work of the wise woman today does not begin by doing more.
It begins by coming home more deeply.
Coming home to her body.
Coming home to her heart.
Coming home to the loving presence of God.
In Thirteen Remembrances from the Mother Heart, I write that the work of the wise woman is not to keep running faster or to carry the weight of the world upon her shoulders. Her first work is to calm her nervous system, keep her prayer pure, fully inhabit her body, and keep her heart open to love. For when the world around us is filled with chaos, we are invited to become deeply rooted within.
That is the very foundation of every Mother Heart Circle.
A Place Where Your Nervous System Can Rest
Together we create a warm and welcoming space where your nervous system can begin to settle, your heart can gently open again, and you can reconnect with the loving presence of God.
From this place of rest, something beautiful begins to unfold.
There is space to recognize His gentle guidance.
To listen once again to the quiet voice within your heart.
To meet yourself with greater tenderness.
And to walk through life again with peace instead of striving.
Every Mother Heart Circle offers both the warmth of genuine connection and the depth of living wisdom. You leave with far more than a beautiful evening. You carry something home that continues to grow quietly within you, taking root in your everyday life.
Living from Embodied Wisdom
During the Mother Heart Circles, I share the insights, experiences, and wisdom I have received over many years. Not as theories to learn, but as a path that has been lived.
A path on which I have discovered how deeply God’s peace can sustain us when we learn to slow down, to listen, and to trust again.
The wisdom I share has grown through years of prayer, contemplation, study, life experience, and the loving guidance I have received along the way. The Grandmothers have also played an important role in my journey. Their timeless teachings about rhythm, stillness, presence, and living from the heart have profoundly shaped my life and continue to form a beautiful foundation beneath the Mother Heart Circles.
At the same time, Christ has become the living center of my path. Everything I share ultimately finds its anchor in God’s love and the gentle guidance of His Holy Spirit.
