Guided Inner Journey – Welcome Home

Welcome Home is a 40-minute guided inner journey for the woman who longs to slow down, soften and reconnect with herself.

You are gently guided from your head into your body, feeling the Earth beneath you and receiving her holding. From there, your awareness expands towards the stars and the remembrance that you, too, carry Light within you.

Along the way, you meet the women who came before you, the Thirteen Grandmothers and the ancient wisdom they carry. You are invited into the quiet space of your inner womb — a place of receiving, resting and becoming, where there may be space for new inspiration, desire, love and whatever wishes to be born through you.

The circle then expands to include your Sisters of Light: women walking their own paths while remaining connected within the great web of life. At the heart of the journey, you meet the Light of Christ – a living, loving presence inviting you back to love, truth, courage, surrender and your deepest yes. This journey is an invitation to remember:

You are held.
You are connected.
You are allowed to receive.
And you are already home within yourself.

Listen before sleep, during a quiet moment of reflection, or whenever you feel the need to return to your body, your heart and the deeper rhythm of your life. Whatever you receive may gently accompany you into your everyday life – into your work, relationships, family, creations and choices.
