At Cosmic Woman, we want you to feel confident when purchasing a product or service from us. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds work for the different products and services offered through our website.
This Refund & Return Policy is supplementary to our Terms & Conditions.
1. Right of Withdrawal
When you purchase a product or service from Cosmic Woman online as a consumer, you generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period.
The exact conditions and exceptions vary depending on the type of product or service. Below, we explain how this applies to the different products and services we offer.
2. Physical Books
For physical books purchased through our website, a statutory 14-day withdrawal period generally applies.
The withdrawal period begins on the day after you receive the book.
Within this period, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within the withdrawal period by contacting:
After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the book.
The book must be handled with reasonable care. You may unpack and inspect the product in the same way you would be permitted to do in a regular shop. If the product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and functioning, and this results in a reduction in value, we may charge for this reduction in value in accordance with applicable law.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
The cost of returning a book is borne by the customer, provided that this was clearly communicated in advance.

We recommend sending returns with proof of postage and, where possible, using a track & trace service.
Refunds
When you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price, including the original standard delivery costs you paid for the initial shipment.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide evidence that you have returned the product, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with you.
3. E-books and Other Digital Products
E-books, digital meditations, prayers and other digital products are delivered digitally.
For digital content, a statutory 14-day withdrawal period generally applies. However, if you expressly consent before the purchase to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, your right of withdrawal ends once the digital delivery has started with your consent.
For this reason, you may be asked to expressly agree to this during checkout.
If this consent has not been obtained correctly, the statutory rules regarding the right of withdrawal continue to apply.
This is separate from your statutory rights if, for example, a digital product does not function properly, does not correspond to what was offered, or otherwise fails to meet the applicable legal requirements.
4. 1:1 Sessions
For 1:1 sessions purchased online, a statutory 14-day withdrawal period generally applies.
If, during this withdrawal period, you expressly request that the session take place before the withdrawal period has ended, you may be required to pay for the part of the service that has already been performed if you subsequently exercise your right of withdrawal.
If you expressly request that the entire service be performed within the withdrawal period and agree that your right of withdrawal will end once the service has been fully performed, your right of withdrawal ends when the service has been completed in full.
If you wish to cancel a session outside the statutory right of withdrawal, the cancellation terms stated when booking the relevant session will apply.
5. Mother Heart Circle – Cancellation & Ticket Policy
Mother Heart Circles are special gatherings that take place on a specific date and/or at a specific time. Because each Circle requires preparation, planning and a reserved place, tickets are purchased for a specific event and are non-refundable.
This means that once you have purchased a ticket for a Mother Heart Circle, the ticket cannot be cancelled or refunded if you are unable to attend.
We do, however, want to offer you some flexibility. If you are unable to attend, you may:
- transfer your ticket to another person, for example a friend or someone you know; or
- use the value of your ticket for another Mother Heart Circle, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange this with you.
If Cosmic Woman cancels a Mother Heart Circle, participants will of course be informed and will receive a refund of the amount paid, unless another appropriate solution is offered and accepted by the participant.
We understand that plans can change, and we hope these options allow your place to remain meaningful even if you are unable to join us on the original date. 🤍
6. Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Products
Your statutory rights always apply if a product arrives damaged, the wrong product has been delivered, or a product does not conform to the agreement.
In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as replacement, repair or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
7. How to Request a Refund or Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you are not required to provide a reason.

8. Online Withdrawal Function
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may also exercise your right of withdrawal through the online function provided on our website, if available.
9. Refunds
Where you are entitled to a refund, we will process it as soon as possible and within the statutory period at the latest.
For a withdrawal relating to a physical order, we will refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery costs, insofar as required by law.
Any additional costs you paid because you selected a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery option will not be refunded to the extent permitted by law.
In the case of a partial return of an order, the treatment of delivery costs may differ.
10. Exceptions and Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
Where the law gives you a right to withdrawal, repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, that right remains fully applicable.
If any provision of this Refund & Return Policy is found to conflict with mandatory consumer protection law, the applicable statutory rights will prevail.
