These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, purchases and agreements between Cosmic Woman and consumers who purchase products or services through the Cosmic Woman website.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through the Cosmic Woman website.
2. Applicability
By placing an order or booking a service through the Cosmic Woman website, you enter into an agreement with Cosmic Woman and accept these Terms & Conditions, provided that they have been made available to you before completing your purchase.
These Terms & Conditions can be viewed before completing an order and can be saved by the customer.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law, the applicable statutory provision will prevail.
3. Offers and Product Information
Cosmic Woman describes its products and services as clearly and completely as reasonably possible.
Our offerings may include:
- physical books;
- e-books;
- meditations and prayers;
- 1:1 sessions;
- The Mother Heart Circles;
- other digital products, events or services offered through the website.
The main characteristics, price, any additional costs, available payment methods and information about delivery or performance are clearly displayed before an order is placed.
Obvious mistakes or errors in an offer are not binding where the customer could reasonably have understood that a mistake had been made.
4. Prices
All prices for consumers are displayed in euros and include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any additional costs, such as shipping costs, are clearly displayed before the order is completed.
Cosmic Woman may change its prices in the future. A price change will not affect an order that has already been placed and confirmed.
5. Placing an Order
An agreement is concluded when the customer places an order through the website and Cosmic Woman confirms the order.
Before completing an online order, the customer has the opportunity to review the order and correct any errors.
The payment obligation is clearly indicated when placing the order.
After a successful order, the customer will receive a confirmation by email as soon as reasonably possible.
6. Payment
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered during the checkout process.
Cosmic Woman uses, among others:
- Mollie
- PayPal
Payment must be made in accordance with the payment terms displayed during the checkout process.
If a payment has not been successfully completed, the order may not be delivered until payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Delivery of Physical Products
Physical products, including books, are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process.
Cosmic Woman ships physical products to:
- the Netherlands;
- Belgium;
- other countries within Europe where shipping is available.
The available shipping options and shipping costs are displayed before the order is completed.
Cosmic Woman will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe.
If an order is delayed, the customer will be informed where reasonably possible.
8. Digital Products
Digital products, including e-books, meditations and prayers, are delivered digitally using the method indicated during the checkout process.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and for having a suitable internet connection and equipment to receive and use the digital product.
If a download link or digital access does not work, the customer can contact us at mail@cosmicwoman.nl, so that Cosmic Woman can investigate the issue and, where possible, resolve it.
The customer’s statutory rights regarding digital content remain fully applicable.
9. E-books and Intellectual Property
All e-books, books, texts, images, audio recordings, meditations, prayers, courses, methods, materials and other creative content offered by Cosmic Woman are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyright, where applicable by law.
Purchasing an e-book or other digital product grants the customer only a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use.
Without the prior written permission of Cosmic Woman, the customer may not:
- forward the e-book or other digital files to third parties;
- share the file with others via email, WhatsApp, social media, cloud storage or other platforms;
- make the file publicly available online;
- sell, rent, give away or otherwise make the file available to third parties;
- copy or reproduce the work in whole or in part, except to the extent permitted by law;
- use texts, images, audio recordings or other content from Cosmic Woman products in their own publications, courses, training programmes or commercial activities without prior written permission;
- edit, translate, publish or redistribute the content without permission, where such permission is required.
These provisions do not limit any rights that the customer may have under mandatory copyright law or other applicable legislation.
10. Copyright
Copyright in works created or published by Cosmic Woman remains with the relevant rights holder, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchasing a book, e-book, meditation, prayer or other digital content does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to the customer.
Any existing copyright notice included in the relevant publication forms part of the protection of the work.
11. 1:1 Sessions
1:1 sessions are booked and paid for through the website.
After payment, the customer will receive information about the date, time, location or online format of the session.
The session is personal and may not be transferred to another person without permission.
If a customer wishes to reschedule or cancel an appointment, the cancellation terms stated for the relevant session will apply.
The statutory rules regarding the right of withdrawal remain applicable where relevant.
12. The Mother Heart Circles
Mother Heart Circles are special gatherings that take place on a specific date and/or at a specific time. Because each Circle requires preparation, planning and a reserved place, tickets are purchased for a specific event and are non-refundable.
This means that once you have purchased a ticket for a Mother Heart Circle, the ticket cannot be cancelled or refunded if you are unable to attend.
We do, however, want to offer you some flexibility. If you are unable to attend, you may:
- transfer your ticket to another person, for example a friend or someone you know; or
- use the value of your ticket for another Mother Heart Circle, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange this with you.
If Cosmic Woman cancels a Mother Heart Circle, participants will of course be informed and will receive a refund of the amount paid, unless another appropriate solution is offered and accepted by the participant.
We understand that plans can change, and we hope these options allow your place to remain meaningful even if you are unable to join us on the original date. 🤍
13. Right of Withdrawal
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers may withdraw from the agreement within the applicable statutory withdrawal period without giving a reason.
The conditions, exceptions and procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal are set out in our separate Refund & Return Policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits the statutory rights of consumers.
14. Digital Content and Immediate Delivery
When a digital product is made available immediately after purchase, the customer may expressly consent during the checkout process to immediate delivery.
Where the customer expressly agrees to this and acknowledges that their right of withdrawal may thereby expire once delivery begins, this consent will be recorded in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
15. Statutory Guarantee and Conformity
Cosmic Woman ensures that products and services comply with the agreement and with the statutory requirements applicable to the purchase.
The consumer’s statutory guarantee and legal right to receive products that conform to the agreement remain fully applicable.
If a product has been delivered damaged, does not correspond to the order, or otherwise does not comply with the agreement, the customer can contact us at mail@cosmicwoman.nl.
Cosmic Woman will assess the complaint and, where the customer is legally entitled to a remedy, provide an appropriate solution.
16. Personal Experiences and Spiritual Content
The content offered by Cosmic Woman, including books, meditations, prayers, sessions, circles and other forms of guidance, is intended to provide inspiration, personal development, awareness and spiritual guidance.
Cosmic Woman does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The customer remains responsible for their own personal choices and decisions made as a result of the content or guidance offered.
If a customer requires medical or psychological assistance, they are advised to consult a qualified professional healthcare provider.
17. Personal Responsibility

Cosmic Woman will endeavour to handle every complaint carefully and within a reasonable timeframe.
19. Privacy
When processing personal data, Cosmic Woman complies with applicable privacy legislation.

20. Force Majeure
Cosmic Woman is not liable for delays or failure to perform an agreement where this results from circumstances reasonably beyond its control, to the extent permitted by law.
Such circumstances may include, for example, disruptions to internet or communication networks, technical failures at payment providers, problems with delivery services, natural disasters, government measures or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Cosmic Woman.
If a force majeure situation affects an order or service, Cosmic Woman will inform the customer where reasonably possible.
21. Liability
Cosmic Woman is not liable for damages to the extent that such liability can legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit statutory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, Cosmic Woman is in any event not liable for damage arising solely because the customer uses information or materials in a way other than for their intended purpose.
22. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
Cosmic Woman may amend these Terms & Conditions when necessary, for example due to changes in its services or applicable legislation.
The most recent version will be published on the website.
For agreements that have already been concluded, the Terms & Conditions applicable at the time the agreement was entered into will continue to apply, unless otherwise required by law or validly agreed between the parties.
23. Applicable Law
Agreements between Cosmic Woman and consumers are governed by Dutch law, to the extent permitted under applicable consumer protection law.
Where a consumer is entitled under mandatory law to the protection of the law of the country in which they reside, those mandatory consumer rights remain fully applicable.
